Very interesting, Yes smoking does increase your chances to greater health issues. However prescribe medication is taking out folks at a much higher rate go figure.

It’s a process day by day; I’ve fell off the wagon a few times! And I will quit again this time for good. Smoking hasn’t slowed me down as of yet at the age of 41. Each has a different genetic metabolism, how something may effect another may not be the same for his/her associates. I can still run 3-5 miles a day, but I’m sure if I continue to smoke there’s a great chance of that diminishing.
