The cams do not come out of SYNCH, they can due to string or cable stretch lose their optimal position in some cases but the timing of the actual cam rollover stays the same.
A conventional 2 cam bow will come out of synch causing aswoop in the nock travel........even though yours rolled out of optimal position a little, synch and nock travel are unaffected because of them being tied together regardless of whereone or bothstart.
Chances are, now that you twisted it back up to where you want it, it will not move much if any over the life of the set. Hot humid August days are the worst for causing even quality string sets to go out a bit.
You should be fine where you're at.......but don't get crazy.
