RE: bsa scope oppinions
I would rather use open sights than use a BSA scope on a deer rifle. On a pellet rifle or a .22 then its a different story but on a deer rifle, you are better off having no sights at all. My cousin had a 3-9x50 BSA deer hunter on his 7mm mag and the first shot busted the crosshairs. He sent it back to BSA because they said they would send him a new scope but what he got back was the same scope he busted.
The only thing a BSA is actually good for is driving nails. And small ones at that!
