My opinion is that you are better off with a straight edged broadhead. This is why. The physiology of blood clotting involves clots starting to form on the torn edges of the fleshsurrounding the cut. The more surface area of torn flesh around a cut provides more area for the clotting to attach to. A straight, sharpedge leaves a smooth surface while a serrated edge leaves a ragged surface with more surface area to form the base for clotting. for the same size cut, a straight blade leaves less surface area. That's why a razor cut bleeds more. You are better off with a straight edge.
