The grand slams are not a premium bullet and in my testing I've never had good accuracy with them. Because of this I've never used them hunting and can't report their usefulness on game.

If you want a premium bullet I suggest you look to Hornady's interbond, Nosler's accubond or partition, Swift's A-Frame, northforks, TBBCs or Woodleighs.
