You may want to listen to Cayugad. As far as my experience goes--my Omega loves the heavier bullets. I have not tried the shockwaves. As a matter of fact my gun loves anything that is over 300 grains. As far as primers goes--I shoot the winchester primers and have never had a misfire. You'll have to experiment, but the bullets that Cayugad states are good starters.
