Do a search for Back Tension, you'll come up with a lot of results.

As for follow through, mainly the way I look at it is maintaining your form after the shot.

In other words, once you release that arrow you should be in the same position you were in before the shot.

Dont: 1. Lower your bow arm.
2. Lower your release arm.
3. Move the bow in any way intentionally to see where the arrow went.

Do: 1. Be relaxed.
2. Allow the bow to tilt forward in your hand.


I'm sure the others will have more to throw in, but that's just how/what I do.
