I can't help but wonder if it might need surgery even 7 years later, but it doesn't bother me at all unless I'm shooting my bow.
I would suggest finding the
BEST surgeon you can in your area and make an appointment. I went to the second best in Maryland, his partner is #1. Even with all of the MRI's, X-Rays and exams, he couldn't figure out what was wrong until he actually went in there and looked around. I forgot what the muscle was called but the tendon was completely torn from the bone and was sitting about half way down my bicep. The
only time I had pain was when I tried to push away with that arm like doing a push-up. If you are in that much pain, get it checked out.
