Yeah I guess when you're getting lost all the time you get pretty good with a map and compass.
Nah, I was always having to helpa couple of former Marinesgoing through the Land Nav course at Harmony Church at Ft. Benning with me in 1979, as part of another course. They couldn't find their way in the dark and didn't do much better in the daylight. One was a Vietnam vet, USMC. Guess, I never viewed Marines the sameagain.
