as with anything else...yes and no! They work at certain times and they don't work at certain times. They can certainly help to seel the deal in some cases. I've had deer ignore my decoys, run right up to it, run from it, sometimes just stare at it for a while. I've yet to figure out why they did it at anytime. They can be affective, and would give it a try for sure.
