Looks like the pretty much any of the full body safety harnesses to me.

I've never heard of the company so I'm assuming they either went out of business or were bought out.

I would suggest contacting any of the other companies out there that manufacture full body harnesses about a replacement strap. The part being requested should be able to be replaced by any one from a number of companies.
