I was checking over my gear the other day and notcied my one nock was messed up. Looked like I almost had a RH but the arrow reflected off. The nock had a hole in the center and a deep gouge in it, down the side and the gouge continued for another 1/8 inch down the shaft.. it was 1/32 deep maybe.. didn't know if I should use it or not.. it's not cracked and it doesn't run all the way through..
