Practice correctly!
Have someone watch you shoot. They can point out things you do different from shot to shot.
Have the bow set up to fit you properly. The peep should line up to you at full draw, you shouldn't have to change your form to fit it. Ensure that you have the correct draw length and don't shoot more draw weight than you can comfortably handle. Speed is cool, but not worth making your bow harder to shoot.
Search the internet for proper form and grip. Or get an archery book like "idiot proof archery" or something simular. Or better yet take some lessons or get a coach!
