Default RE: Your Methods of " Scent Control "

I do all that and in addition hunt the wind. A deer's nose is too darn good to fool completely. The scent free stuff will help you avoid detection as fast but it won't descent you completely.
I also do 2 other tricks I've learned over the years; In the Army my drill sgt would have the guys with smelly feet keep charcol bricks in their boots to absorb the funk. It does work but it can be a mess. I've learned to keep the charcoal in an old clean sock and then put it in my boots. It's doing a good enough job, how many of you guys have 5 year old boots that don't stink?
I also store my hunting clothes with tree bark and earth from my hunting area and after storing it in an old pillow case. It's a natural cover scent that matches my exact hunting area.
