I lost an 11,000 acre ranch in Archer County on Lake Kickapoo /little Wichita river (sold).I moved to Childress on a 9600 acre place ,for two weeks and it sold (TO THE SAME S.O.B. THAT BOUGHT ARCHER RANCH and it was not even on the market for sale.)What are the odds of that happening ?I hate moving deer leases worse than anything! I have found a ranch in Cottle county 7600acres looks good .(better than setting at home).I will be hunting dove,whitetail and mule deer,lots of hogs,quail,and varmits!Thanks for letting me vent/twist off!
