Just a word of caution to all of you, when I removed my rear sight today I was suprised to find rust on the spring and other parts of the sight assembly that is impossible to get to when cleaning. Thankfully the amount of rust was slight but I would never have thought to take it apart and clean it had it not been for the new peep sight I put on.
I am VERY meticulus about cleaning my rifles (I thought)but never thought of looking under there.
