I use the Tru Ball Pro Diamond Extreme, just a little shorter version of the Pro Diamond. I just got it this spring so I haven't yet used it for hunting, but I definitely plan to. I can tell you that this release is very smooth and very quiet. I can't hear any click at all. I agree with pretty much everything that Rick James says about his Ultra, except get whichever head you're more comfortable with. I have the caliper head on mine. And, with these Tru Ball releases, you can buy additional, different heads if you want.
