This is something that requires a hole article to cover, there are plenty on the net. It's quit a process involing many possible probelms and a whole bunch of info to help a guy out. I'd just ask google what he knows and come here for specific answers to any problem that come up. Then again, just maybe, someone here feels the urge to type and you'll be in luck, no harm in asking ae. You already have one good tip.
