Paul and G2 are correct. Most modern bows are designed with a "cutout" riser section that is machined to allow your broadhead to actually sit above your grip position on the bow. Since draw length is measured from the inside of the nock groove at full draw to the throat of the grip + 1.75 inches your arrows will most likely be less than your draw length.

However, I did say "modern". I was just working on a Bear Black Bear down at the shop today. No cable guard and no cutout for broadhead clearance on the riser. In which case his arrows were cut to about 1/4 inch longer than his draw length so that they would clear the back (part away from the shooter) of the riser.
