First I wash all of my clothes in a scent killer/UV Killer wash. Then I hang them in a tree and let them air dry for a day or two. The put them in a large clear plastic bag. Colored of black bags have their own scent to them. I keep all these bags in a large rubbermaid container in my truck and change after I get out of my truck. Once all my clothing is on I spray with Carbon Scent Blocker to get rid of other scent, and I will use various cover scents, depending on things present in the area I am hunting. None of this will help if you are not cautious about wind direction.
