Tex, in the FL reg's it states that no hunting from a
vehicle whilein motion or swiming deer enen if the boat
is standing still.
In over 50yrs of hunting, I have never hunted in a private
enclosed area and never shined for deer.
Yes I hunt from one of these, I have a 88 Blazer Tahoe
with a shooting stand on it. With the palmetto's we have
here hogs and deer can't see the Blazer, but I can see them.
The states up north and out west are different than the Southern
states when it comes to theterrain in which we hunt.
Different strokes for different folks!

I knew dove hunting from a truck was illegal, and I had thought hunting other game animals in that fashion was, too. But I thought I'd better check the regs before commenting, and sure enough, it's legal.
