Yesterday I saw a used 45-70 Marlin 1895 for $329. It has a few small scratches on the stock, but besides that it looks great. Is this a good deal? I am considering getting it. This would be my first hunting rifle. It will be used for white tail mostly in thick woods in central Michigan, lower peninsula.
