In deep south Texas and Mexico that type of rig is very common. And you cant chase them down and corner them into a fence. Mostly because you cant drive one of those very fast. Also because the ranches are 20,000 + acres and that's a small one. In mexico they'd look at you and ask "whats a fence?" I've hunted out of a rig like that on a ranch that is54,000acres and low fenced. We shot hogs and coyotes of it. We saw a lot of deer but for the life of me I can't remember a single time that we ran one down and shot it with a spot light. The primary reason for the rig is so you can see over the extremely thick brush. Let not your ignorance cause judgement on a topic when you know not of which you speak.
WELL SAID, RYAN!
