Lansky or Gatco do a fine job. The little carbide sharpeners work well also, at least on some heads. The trick is don't use too much pressure to finish up. Some guys can do wonders with a file and stone, but I'm not one of them. Heard about using leather with jeweler's rouge on itfor the final touch, but haven't tried it yet.
