West Texas has Cheap property good hunting, and if you dont want to buy property leases are available cheap, I had a 70 Acre lease by Rotan that had Whitetail, Muleys, Pigs, Coyotes, Bobcats, Coons and only paid 70.00 a year. And the Rancher Planted wheat for me......
