Iwould think that it would depend on what your priorities are. If hunting is a significant part of your life then keeping your current job because of the benefits its provides would be more important to me than the actual job itself. If, on the other hand, this job is something you plan on doing for an extended period of time and you find it taking away from your quality of life in other ways then I believe it would be time to move on.
