RE: Fawns
Was out at our property last weekend checking the growth of the alfalfa and there was a loan doe acting a little funny.
She would dip her head down, and automatically pop back up. After about five minutes of this she comes running straight at us and stops about 40 yards away. Then about 10 yards from us a fawn pops out of the alfalfa and bounds off towards mom. The fawn starts nursing and eventually they both bed down.
