As I said in a previous post in this same thread, it's not that I can't hunt through an outfitter if I wanted to, I just prefer the challenge of doing it all myself.
You preferto do it yourself, me to. I have friends that perfer to spend the money on a paid hunt. why is your way right and ok but their way wrong and bad. Talking about being fair, If you want to be fair everyone should be able to enter any buck that they harvest. You might as well put a rule in the book that if you have more experience than you, you can't enter the contest or if you have more acres to hunt than you, the person can't enter the contest.
