Default RE: Ruger Alaskan

Rebel Hog that's not a problem. Just open one of your safes up or dig up one of your buried cans.you have scattered around.
.The only problem might be finding one.

I'm still somewhat looking forward when mine gets here. However I'm getting discouraged waiting. In fact if I hadn't already made a deal I would probably forget aboutgetting aAlaskan.I really don't need it anyway.Asmuch as I like Ruger they have a tendency to take their sweet time releasing the new models. It only took about three years for the Gold Label to finally get released. What their logic is I'm not sure.My thinkingwhen you announce something make it available. People lose interest. I read comments from others who have said they decided against getting one that they've waited long enough.I'm starting to get to that point myself. I thought that was kinda shady sending the first shipment to Alaska.Supposedly Ruger will not sell directly to dealers. Only to theirdistributors. I was told Ruger doesn't have any distributors in Alaska. They sure didn't get there by themselves.None of the distributors saw any, including Davidson's.. All of a sudden they were in Alaska. It appears Ruger bent their rules and sold directly to gun shops.I don't thinkthis would have happened if the big boss was still at the helm.Since WBR is gone they must be bending the company policies to suit themselves.I guess you can tell I'msomewhat PO'ed..
In this case I havesome company ,sharing my feelings.
It's going to bite them in the end.
