A gal I used to work with has a pheasant game farm. They are just a few mile north of Sterling, IL. They don't have membership fees. I have not seen her in a couple of years but their prices were $10/hen and $13/rooster. I imagine the prices have gone up a bit. But it wouldn't be too bad since their is no membership fee.
