Because you feel likes its below yourself as a hunter to harvest a young buck ? Because your desire isn't to shoot a deer, rather than to shoot horns and if those horns aren't big enough that dammit you aint shooting and then telling someone else that your way is the right way, and them shooting little bucks is disgraceful and hey, we'll pass some laws where you CAN'T shoot little bucks.
