i got a big cooler, just put the meat in the cooler and open several bags of ice and pour all over the meat, ice will melt but keep putting ice in the cooler when old ice melts down and open side plug on cooler to let the blood out and put plug back in then apply new ice, besides i soak my meat in the cooler for about 5 days the take it to be processed
