I didn't know that PETA was in the same business as the Humane Society, that is killing untold thousands of dogs and cats a week. Lots of thick headed people think that if you carry your unwanted dog or cat to these facilities they will be cared for forever. Truth is that it is a small percentage of the dogs and cats carried in actually are adopted out. Most of them are just dead, hole fillers, buzzard bait or doggy and kitty gone to heaven.
