Actually 2" does make a big difference. My old bow was 1" too long when I got it. I drew it back and it felt awkward. I got it fixed and when I drew it back it felt so much better. Your letoff will kick in sooner, and you will not have to strain your muscles pulling the bow back farther then normal.
