Good guess newman1. I got between 377.7 grains and 387.7 grains depending on which vanes you use.
I calculated your speed to be about 262 fps with either arrow. The Whisker Buiscut rest takes off a few fps. I remember reading that it takes about 7 fps with a hard helical and 4" vanes. I may be way off, but I have found this method to be +-10 fps.
