The Brazos River Authority (BRA) will receive Sealed Bids in the Office of Administrative Services Manager, 4600 Cobbs Drive, Waco, Texas for:

Archery Deer Hunting Lease at Possum Kingdom
RFB No. 05-06-192A (Re-Bid)
Bids are due 4:30 PM, [/b]Wednesday, July 6, 2005[/b]

Bids received after this time, whether delivered in person or mailed will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and will be publicly read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

SCOPE OF LEASE: [/b]The Brazos River Authority is accepting sealed bids for the exclusive right to conduct bow and arrow hunting on Possum Kingdom land (approximately 954 acres) that is not leased for commercial operations or cottage sites. Possum Kingdom Lake is located at 301 Observation Point Road, Graford, TX 76449.

Proposal documents are on file and may be examined at the BRA central offices building located at 4600 Cobbs Drive, Waco, Texas 76710. The proposal documents may be downloaded and printed from the Brazos River Authority website, www.brazos.org, Purchasing and Professional Services, Request for Bids, and clicking on RFB No. 05-06-192A (Re-Bid), Archery Deer Hunting Lease at Possum Kingdom Lake.
