Default RE: hoyt strings

btomlin Simple, untwist your string. The more twists the more rotation. Any string twisted to adjust draw length will twist. If you need more than 5 or 6 twists to adjust, you should make the adjustments for draw on the cam setting. I shoot a Protec with LX Pro limbs. That's 48" axle to axle with 3 counter clockwise twists. I'm a right hand fingers shooter and as I draw the sting the tab will roll against the twist. If I'm on the string with my tab consistently the peep will be perfect. If I grab or roll to much, the peep will be a touch off center. This gives me a reference to make sure my tab and draw is the same shot after shot. At rest to full draw my peep rotates 1/4 turn consistently.
