I would go with the Cremson Talons 3 for 29.99. They may be a little high priced but the do the job NO MATTER where u hit the deer. I shot a deer this year hit a limb and shot him in the hind quarter. He only when 30 yards and died. When they hit they are rotating and will rotate when going through the deer there for making a cross cut when going through, deer will not have a blood clot.
Oh man, I have never heard anything so false. Crimson Talons are extreme flimsy and break very easily. They will not kill a deer if you hit it anywhere. You most likely hit the femoral artery. I cannot believe the false information you put out.
What expandable isnt flimsy and doesnt break easy...[:-] Oh and the bs meter is on 10 after the story.

Actually the Crimson Talon is a fixed blade, not a mechanical.
