RE: Cold weather hunting boots
Last season I bought a pair of Irish Setter 1600 gr thinsulate boots. The main reason I went with these is because they were the lightest warm weather boot I found. And yes, they are toasty, light and VERY comfortable. The only bad part about buying them was breaking them in last July/August for late season MT elk hunt!! LOL Seriously though, I would highly recommend these boots. NOt sure the "name" of the boot, but I think it is their only 1600 gr boot...again, VERY light for a boot of this construction.
