This is the only way to stick it to them for sticking it to us on the gas tax, the election, and the removal of the 2/3 vote requirement. We need to repeal this thing, at least until they can get the Performance Audits Initiative (I-900) passed. They don't need any more money until they can figure out how to use what we give them a little more wisely.
