I would take it back to the shop and tell them that you want two new limbs. Since it is so close to season you may even suggest a new bow. If they give you any problems call the number on the mathews site. Ask for the number of the sales rep for your area. Give him a call and tell him your situation. If you ever have a problem with a dealer, he is the guy to call. They definitly don't like to hear their salesmen are doing a bad job. It worked for me when I had a problem.
