Thanks for your input thus far, sako did offer to have me send it in but admitted it might be awhile before it gets back to me. I can deal with the issues, and it is a great gun, just a little disappointed. I bought it through a local ffl via the interent, most people may have not noticed the scratches and finish but being a woodworker by trade it's something I looked at right-away. Having said that the walnut the stock is made from is a beauty and I am happy with that. I will touch the gun up and keep shooting it. After all it is a tool to me, a good looking one.
