Well whether you persoanlly consider it interstate commerce or not it certainly is. There are millinions and millions of dollars made each year off of the hunting industry. That's like saying that since fishing is a recreational sport then let's ignore all those people out there doing for a living and forget about regulating it. Because it's a recreational sport What if I work 5 days a week and then I fish commerically on the weekends but I just call it a HOBBY; should I be treated exactly like the guys beating the banks with a spinning rod? There are millions and millions made off of the hunting industry every year and whether you consinder it to be or not, hunting is interstate commerce.
