Skeeter...no their service department is not on the ball and yes they will cover the problem but it took some time in my case to do so. I think it is an organization thing with them not much of an organization but they offer decent engineering on their products...Leupold no matter what turns it around in 2 weeks less if you send it to them overnite. Now If they(burris) came out with an offering that was tempting I would probably still try it out.
