Whew found the right thread this time. This one is much better! tocs I agree with you. I live in FL and for me to hunt alot of big game species I would have to choose a guided hunt. This is for lack of the ability to scout prior to the hunt. And not knowing anyone in any states that offer big game hunting (speaking of elk or sheep). I am not saying I want a guide with me everystep of the way. But someone that knows the area and can give me a clue as to where to begin. A dropcamp would be better for me. But do not disagree with guided hunts unless they are high fenced!
