RE: Treestand...
My Hunters View Hawk Cable Climber is very comfortable. Has a back pad, front rail pad, arm rest pads, and quick adjust feet straps. It's more then worth $105.86 tax and all at Wal-Mart. I also have a API that is much like my Hunters View Hawk Cable Climber, but it doesn't have the back rest, the arm pads, or the comfortable padded sling seat. It just has a sling seat that cuts the blood off to my legs and makes them fall asleep. Which results in a lot of standing up and sitting down. I don't have that problem in the new Hawk Cable Climber.
As for the LocOn stand I have. It's great to throw up in a tree and use the next day but it's really nerve-racking. I don't know about everyone else, but I hate using those little stands like that. They don't make me feel that safe. But I use them for their convinence.
