If you're going to use feathers and fixed blade broadheads for hunting, stay with helical. If you're shooting field points or mechs, it doesn't matter what style you use.

As to the Blazers, I did some broadhead testing with them for the shop I shot for when they first came out. I was definitely skeptical that a short vane like that could stabilize a broadhead arrow but wound up being very impressed with them. Not impressed enough to switch to vanes though.
