total crap, but it is what their doing. thank god im a resident.

however, i do a lot of swap hunts, and this has become an issue for me on a few occasions now.

It is worse than you believe because they don't promise better odds than the standard pool.

All they have done is split the non-resident tags into 2 pools 50/50...

If more people apply to the expensive pool than the cheaper pool, the odds in the cheaper pool are better.

Btw, don't think that it doesn't happen... It does...

The 2 pool system is the PURE EXPLOITATION of the non-resident in action and a perfect example of Wyoming's (and other states) whoring of OUR wildlife resources.
