It is hard to improve upon the 4,225 advertised on the 32 gr hornady load, although some people are using AA2230 and getting over 4,400 fps. Accuracy can always be improved on. But most stores are selling the Hornady loads at about $15/box, so I am saving about $.50 per cartridge, or about $150 in a day of shooting. It is kind of a hobby, so I "discount" the value of my time, but it makes me grumpy the manufacturers are sticking it to us the way they are. While I am on the topic, I shoot a .416 alot, and I paid for the entire rockchucker kit, dies and supplies with the first 100 cartridges I loaded. 5 boxes * $80/box = < less than kit et. al.
