Well??? I guess I will have to wait.............
Well, the Mrs. and I went to Cabela's Saturday with good moods and a loaded checkbook. But, all we got was disappointment when we got there. First off, it was pouring rain, no biggie, I can get by with that. Then, when we got to the main entrance, just off of the off ramp, the line started. Still, no biggie, I expected that. Well, the nearest parking spaces were on the other side of the Kansas Speedway, which was literally a mile away. Even still, no biggie, they were running charter buses for the people to get to the entrance, but the line was about 400 people deep, in the pouring rain. Which, in this case, started to turn the Mrs. stomach.(hair thing in the rain, ect.) So, we park the truck in hopes that the line would shorten, or the rain would stop. Didn't happen. So, we decide to leave and call it bad luck. Well, I stopped to ask one of the parking lot attendants how the best way would be for us to leave without causing a big hassle for everyone. While she was telling me how to get out, all of the sudden I hear this huge banging on the side of my truck, I mean LOUD!!! It was another attendant, trying to get in my arse for holding up traffic. A side note to this is, two months ago I ordered a brand new 2003, six man cab, Chevy Sivlerado 4x4 2500 HD, which I just picked up three weeks ago. So, when I heard this idiot banging on the side of my truck the way he was, I immediatly jumped out of the truck, getting ready to commence on the arse-whoopin' he had coming!! The female attendant got in between us, which didn't matter cause by that time, the idiot saw me, a crazed human being with blood in his eyes and white knuckles about to show him the true meaning of life, and left in a hurry. The female attendant was extremely nice, and apologized for the idiot, in turn received my apologies for loosing my cool. The Mrs. meantime, was hiding in the floorboard of the truck, for she has rarely seen me this way.
I always try to keep my cool, and usually do a very nice job of it. But, the way this idiot acted towards a guest, and the way he treated someone elses property was uncalled for. I thought about registering a complaint at Cabela's, but decided that maybe he was just having a bad day and used bad judgment for a split second.
But that split second about cost him dearly......<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
